Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and reliable Heavy Equipment Operators with experience in highway and heavy construction. Join a team working on large-scale infrastructure projects including road building, grading, excavation, and utility installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, graders, loaders, etc.

• Perform grading, trenching, backfilling, and site prep to spec

• Work around active job sites, traffic, and utility lines with care and awareness

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

• Collaborate with foremen and crew to ensure project efficiency and quality

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in highway or heavy civil construction

• Familiarity with DOT regulations, work zone safety, and construction plans

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team attitude

Hiring Truck Drivers

We are seeking a reliable Highway Heavy Truck Driver to transport materials to and from construction and paving job sites. This position involves hauling hot mix asphalt for paving projects, as well as gravel, aggregate, and other construction materials using heavy trucks and trailers. Drivers will safely load, transport, and unload materials while following all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and project schedules.

Requirements:

• Valid class A CDL driver’s license

• Regular and consistent attendance

• Comply with company safety program
